Once the necessary approvals are in place, construction begins. Our team prepares the site and coordinates the major stages of the build, from the structural work and framing to electrical, plumbing, insulation, flooring, and other required installations.
FINISHING & INSPECTIONS
As construction nears completion, we focus on the finishing details and required inspections. From fixtures and finishes to the final details, we make sure the completed space is ready for the final walkthrough.
FINAL WALKTHROUGH & COMPLETION
We walk through the completed ADU with you to review the finished space and address any final details. Once everything is complete, we'll provide the necessary documentation and help you move forward with your new space.
